Elite TAB, LLC is a completely independent Certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) firm. We proudly hold certification from the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) and operate exclusively as a 100% contractor, with no connections to other contractors, TAB companies, commissioning firms, or trades. Our expertise lies in certified air and hydronic testing, adjusting and balancing of environmental systems.

Michael Freudiger
President & Founder of Elite TAB
Michael, President of Elite TAB, brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His extensive background includes two decades of hands-on Test and Balance project management, along with in-depth expertise in DDC controls programming, EMS installation supervision, and mechanical system start-up. This well-rounded experience ensures that Elite TAB continues to lead the industry with reliability, versatility, and technical excellence.

Under Mike's leadership, Elite TAB has successfully delivered Testing and Balancing services across a diverse range of market sectors, including Government, Healthcare, Education, Performing Arts, Restaurants, Churches, Industrial, and Retail projects.

Glenn Gordon
Vice President of Sales & Estimating
Glenn, a 1991 graduate of Texas A&M University, brings over 30 years of experience in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry. At Elite TAB, his core responsibilities include project budgeting and estimating, sales, insurance management, contract review, and customer relations.

Throughout his career, Glenn has worked across every aspect of the TAB process—from estimating and sales to contract execution, insurance, project setup, scheduling, field work, and reporting. This depth of experience has provided him with a strong understanding of the complexities of business growth and the importance of maintaining quality and service.

Having witnessed how rapid, uncontrolled expansion can erode standards, Glenn remains committed to a principle-driven approach: prioritizing quality and service over sheer volume. His vision is to ensure Elite TAB continues to be regarded as the premier TAB firm in the industry, while also empowering clients to uphold that same level of excellence in their own projects. Glenn is dedicated to the results of meeting project specifications and exceeding expectations.
Tom Freudiger
Vice President of Operations
Tom wears multiple hats at Elite TAB, bringing a wealth of experience and versatility to the team. With a long career at PepsiCo prior to Elite TAB, he has seamlessly taken on the roles of Safety Director, Fleet Manager, and Tool Inventory Coordinator. His meticulous record-keeping, strong organizational skills, and unwavering attention to detail help ensure that Elite TAB operates efficiently and remains compliant with industry safety standards.

Beyond his core responsibilities, Tom also contributes to company culture by coordinating special events—most notably organizing Elite TAB’s annual fishing trip, a favorite tradition among team members. Tom’s dedication and reliability make him an invaluable part of the Elite TAB family.
Mark Cameron
NEBB CP, Senior Project Manager, Certified Reporting
Mark began his career in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry as a teenager in 2000. Over the years, he has progressed through every level of the field—from Helper to Technician, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and ultimately to Senior Project Manager and NEBB Certified Professional, the highest credential in the TAB profession.
Mark’s expertise is well recognized across the industry, having excelled in each role required of a Certified Professional. He currently leads Elite TAB’s design reviews, oversees project setup, and is responsible for reviewing and certifying Elite’s NEBB certified TAB reports. In addition, Mark performs Elite TAB’s Duct Air Leakage Testing and manages a dedicated team skilled in this specialized area.​
As a vital link between project management and final project delivery, Mark plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution. His approachable demeanor and strong relationships with both Elite TAB personnel and clients consistently contribute to successful project outcomes. Among the many projects he has worked on, one of his most memorable and favored experiences was the Southside on Lamar development in Dallas.
Hunter Maguire
NEBB CT, Senior Project Manager
Hunter began his career in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry in 2007. He currently serves as a Senior Project Manager and is a key point of contact once a project is awarded. In addition to overseeing his own project execution, Hunter is responsible for assigning projects to field teams and coordinating initial scheduling efforts. Hunter is NEBB Certified as a Certified Technician.

With expertise across a wide range of industry sectors, Hunter is proficient in managing projects involving air and hydronic systems, DDC and pneumatic controls, ACH room pressures, and cleanroom environments. His impact is evident throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where he has successfully completed numerous high-profile projects. Notable examples include the Kimpton Pittman Hotel, Trinity Terrace North Tower, Harwood No. 10 in downtown Dallas, Weir’s Plaza, and Epic II in Deep Ellum.
Richard Castillo
NEEB CT, Senior Project Manager
Richard began his career in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry in 2007, following a distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2011, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). His military background instilled in him the core values of discipline, communication, and integrity—qualities that continue to set him apart in the industry.

As a NEBB Certified Technician, Richard is highly skilled in Air and Water Balancing, DDC and Pneumatic Control Systems, Duct Leakage Testing, Air Changes per Hour (ACH) and Room Pressure Testing, as well as Laboratory Fume Hood Testing.
One of Richard’s most meaningful projects with Elite TAB was balancing the Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home in Fort Worth. As a proud 12-year Marine Corps veteran, he considered it an honor to contribute to a project that serves and honors his fellow veterans.
Marty Freudiger
Senior Project Manager
Marty began his career in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry in 2004 and quickly emerged as one of the field’s most respected professionals. Known for his ability to adapt to any situation and connect with people across all levels of the industry, Marty is frequently requested by name for high-profile and technically demanding projects.
With a strong command of both Air and Water Balancing, Pneumatic and DDC Control Systems, ACH and Room Pressurization, and complex troubleshooting, Marty consistently delivers reliable results on both new construction and existing buildings. His solution-focused approach makes him a go-to expert across the state.

Marty has successfully managed major projects throughout Texas, including the Virgin Hotel in downtown Dallas, the Texas State Veterans Home in Tyler, and the Rolex Corporate Headquarters, also located in downtown Dallas. His experience, professionalism, and approachable style make him a cornerstone of the Elite TAB team.
TJ Cabeen
Senior Project Manager
TJ began his career in the Test and Balance (TAB) industry in 2007 and quickly advanced through the ranks—from helper to technician, then project manager, and now Senior Project Manager. His exceptional communication and technical skills consistently place him among the top professionals in the industry.Known for his reliability and expertise, TJ is frequently requested by clients who value his ability to manage complex projects with precision and professionalism. His experience spans all aspects of TAB, including Air and Water Balancing, Constant Volume (CV) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, ACH Room Pressurization, and Cleanroom environments.

TJ has successfully led some of the most high-profile and technically demanding projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including the Southwest Medical Transplant Center in Dallas and the new Christus Health Headquarters in Irving, Texas. His leadership and hands-on approach make him an invaluable part of the Elite TAB team.
Soryle Freudiger
Office Manager
Sory is the steady force that keeps Elite TAB running smoothly in her role as Office Manager. She is responsible for managing weekly payroll and overseeing all Human Resources functions for the company.

In addition to handling these critical tasks, Sory also serves as Elite TAB’s Special Events Coordinator. She plans and organizes a variety of company events—from annual picnics to holiday parties for all employees and their families. Her dedication, attention to detail, and positive energy play a key role in fostering the strong, supportive culture that defines Elite TAB.
Dianne Freudiger
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Dianne plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships through her work in Elite TAB’s accounting department. She manages accounts receivable with a focus on professionalism and customer service, ensuring that financial processes support—rather than strain—client partnerships.

With a solid background in invoicing, lien filings, and collections, Dianne helps keep Elite TAB financially prepared for future challenges. She is dedicated to building positive relationships with our clients’ accounting teams, creating a cooperative and respectful environment in one of the more demanding aspects of business. Her commitment to both accuracy and communication ensures that Elite TAB remains a trusted and dependable partner.
Valeria Beyer
Project Setup Coordinator
Valeria is the unsung hero behind Elite TAB’s field operations. As Project Setup Coordinator, she plays a vital role in ensuring every job is ready for execution by our Field Project Managers. She is responsible for gathering essential project documentation—including plans, specifications, and equipment submittals—from our clients, and overseeing the complete setup process.

Valeria’s expertise in job coordination and her unmatched proficiency with the AirNAB system set her apart in the industry. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to maintaining the smooth flow of operations. Simply put, without Valeria’s leadership in the setup department, Elite TAB’s fieldwork would not function with the efficiency and precision our clients have come to expect.
