Elite TAB successfully completed a 14-story hotel featuring 255 rooms and an additional three levels of basement parking. The project's success relied on extensive outside air systems throughout the entire building. The scope of work included both amenity areas and guestrooms. Guestrooms and some amenity spaces were served by VRF units, while the remaining amenity areas utilized VAV systems, including a full-service restaurant with a commercial kitchen equipped with six hoods, extensive garage exhaust ventilation, and smoke and stairwell risers.

Elite TAB completed the TAB on the Amenity Area systems on this 22 Story , 158000 sf hotel. Areas include are the 5 Level parking exhaust system, Meeting rooms, Ballrooms, Kitchens, and First Floor Guest areas. Systems included VRF Units, DX Units, Pollution Control Units, Ventilation Fans, ToiletFans, Outside Air Systems and Top Level Roof Top Unit systems.

Elite TAB completed the TAB for this 18-story, 210-room hotel, which encompassed all amenity areas and guest rooms. The 293,000 square project involved the installation of Energy Recovery Units, Outside Air Units, RTU systems, and VRF systems throughout the building. Additionally, stairwell and elevator hoistway fans and risers were incorporated to comply with City of Dallas Code. The pricing also covered comprehensive hotel kitchen systems, including eight kitchen hoods and restaurants within the amenity areas, along with facilities such as a gym, spa, rooftop bar, meeting spaces, and a ballroom.

Elite TAB was proud to be a part of the restoration to glory of the Pittman Hotel, a 140,000 sf project. Originally designed by William Sidney Pittman, Dallas’ first African American Architect, in 1916, this hotel was brought back to glory and completed in 2021. The 7 Story , 164 Room hotel
included balance of the Guestroom Systems, as well as the Amenity spaces. Spaces included meeting and function areas, Bars, restaurants, and Fitness center. Elite TAB worked closely with the Mechanical Contractor and Commissioning Agent to ensure this project was completed properly and working efficiently , as designed.

Elite TAB completed Certified TAB for this 217,000 sf , 261 Guestroom Luxury hotel. The hotel has five star amenities, including 50,000 sf of conference rooms and ballrooms . Project included VAV RTU systems totalling over 40 Terminal Units in . Project included ERV Systems, Stairwell Pressurization Testing, Garage Ventilation and fan coil systems. Guestroom systems were VRF HP Systems.
