The new 15-story corporate headquarters for the international faith-based health system encompasses a 460,000 square foot office tower featuring chilled water air handling units, a central plant and more than 710 terminal units equipped with DOAS systems and VRF units. The pricing also covered stairwell and elevator riser pressurizations for the City of Irving. Also included was a 10-story adjacent parking garage with exhaust systems, unit heaters, and constant volume systems to cool the garage lobbies. Project included close communication and coordination with the commissioning agent ensured that all were commissioned before the owner's occupancy.
Rolex American Headquarters

The 137,000 square-foot American headquarters for Rolex was crafted by Kengo Kuma, the renowned Japanese architect chosen to design the national Stadium in Tokyo, which served as the focal point for the 2020 Olympics. Situated in the Harwood District of Dallas, the facility incorporates condenser water systems featuring two cooling towers and self-contained air handling units. The project also included the finish out that utilized VAVs and fan-powered, along with a chilled water system for the on-site data center. Elite TAB LLC's expertise in air hydronic systems provided the essential services needed for this prestigious project.

Elite TAB completed this renovation office space in 2024. Bank of America renovated and updated all mechanical systems in this secure facility. Collaborating closely with mechanical team, Elite TAB redesigned the systems for BOA. The project featured over 170 Terminal Units on Levels 1 and 2, as well as new replacement Air Handling Units. Additionally, the scope included pre-audit baseline testing to verify that the existing systems could meet the new design specifications, with extreme timelines and continuous work being key aspects of the project's completion.

One of two 11-story, first-generation office finish-out towers completed in early 2018. Elite TAB LLC was brought in to manage the second tower after original TAB Firm failed to meet project deadlines. Taking on project within a tight timeframe, Elite TAB LLC successfully met all requirements, enabling the clients to adhere to their project timelines.

The General Contractor selected Elite TAB for this project because of our expertise and our proven ability to deliver high-profile projects on schedule and according to specifications.
This undertaking involves a 106,622 square foot, four-story headquarters building featuring a mix of open and closed offices, boardrooms, video studios, seminar and meeting rooms, and a development center. Elite TAB successfully completed the Air and Hydronics balance for the project, which encompassed Chilled Water Air Handlers, Chillers, Pumps, over 120 Terminal Units, Fan Coil Systems, General Exhaust Systems, Outside Air Systems, and garage Exhaust Systems.

A 300,000 square foot office building designed as a Build to project for our client. Elite TAB delivered NEBB Certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for the shell core building, with tenant finish. The project featured over 900 tons of conditioned air and encompassed more than 450 terminal units, CRAC systems, and commercial-grade kitchen systems. As a project in the Deep Ellum area of Downtown Dallas, it demanded strict timelines and precise coordination, necessitating close collaboration with the owner's commissioning agent during the TAB process.
