This K-12 Campus Project, spanning 164,000 square feet, featured more than139 rooftop units, a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), 14 split heat pump systems, 65 fans, and a commercial kitchen. The project encompassed office areas, classrooms, a 14,000 square foot gymnasium, and a 14,000 square foot cafeteria with kitchen facilities. All work adhered to strict timelines to ensure school opened on schedule.
Clemons Creek Middle School

This middle school, spanning over 150,000 square feet, was finalized by Elite TAB in 2023. The facility features more than 80 CV Roof Top Units, VAV Roof Top Units, and various exhaust systems. It comprises a one-story core building alongside a two-story classroom wing designed for over 850 students. The project also includes cafetorium, practice gym, competition gym, classrooms, offices, labs, and a locker room equipped with a storm shelter, all completed within the required timelines for district occupancy.

Proving the theory that people matter, Elite TAB was chosen for this renovation project as the personnel that completed the original building in 2001 were now part of the Elite TAB Team. From Estimator to Project Manager, the Elite TAB Team went to work again at the Baylor Law School for the renovation work on the same building they completed over
two decades earlier. This multiphase project included completing Pre-demolotion auditing of existing systems to establish the current airflows and unit capacities of areas of renovation. After renovation, Elite TAB again returned to rebalance these areas to systems that were changed to new design parameters. Overall, 5 Phases were completed, and these included Terminal UInits, Fan Coil Units, and a myriad of System traverses for airflow balancing. Areas included Adminstration Offices, Reception areas, Rare Book Rooms, It Suites, Student Areas, Lockers, and the Deans Suite.

Elite completed this ground up 105,000 sf Elementary School in 2020. Project featured over 80 CV Roof Top Units, all Exhaust Air Systems throughout and Kitchen Systems. Project entailed Cafetorium, Administration offices, Gymnasium, Library, Kitchen and Classroom Wings that can accommodate up to 850 Students.
