Elite TAB has completed projects successfully for over 10 years in the Government and Municipal sectors. We have completed projects throughout the DFW Metroplex, East Texas, and Central Texas. Anything from Office buildings to Water Treatment Facilities to Recreation Centers, Elite will be able to handle any systems that may be required on your project.

Elite was again honored to be chosen on another project serving our Veterans. The Tyler campus was completing HVAC upgrades to the existing 11 Buildings on the campus. Elite TAB was hired for its expertise with DOAS and ERV Systems. Each building was Upgraded to include DOAS Systems and Hepa Filter Systems to ensure fresh air

was being provided to new requirements. Elite TAB rebalanced these systems in each building, included the new upgrades, as well as ensuring the existing systems were still operating efficiently and as designed. Elite TAB also completed pressurization verifications when the buildings were completed.

Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home

Elite TAB was proud to be selected for this Veterans project, as one of our own US Marine Veterans was the Project Manager for Elite TAB. This project is the newest Veterans Home in North Texas and opened in 2025. The project is a state of the art 100,000 sf facility that can accommodate 120 Veterans, their

spouses and Gold Star Parents. The building encompasses 72 Rooms, as well as a Memory Care neighborhood for 30 Residents. The project included complex DOAS and ERV systems for air circulation and pressurizations. Featured over 20 Roof Top units, 9 Air Handlers, 4 DOAS and 4 ERV systems, HW Reheat Terminal Units, Commercial Kitchen Systems, and HW Central Plant. Working hand in hand with all Mechanical Systems partners to complete this project was a rewarding endevaor to provide a beuatuful facility for our Veterans.
